DELTA presented at the Workshop on Debt Settlement Solution of Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors

On the morning of June 28, the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC) organized a workshop on “Debt in capital construction – measures to solve and solve problems” at the International Conference Center (11 Le Hong Phong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi). Chairman of DELTA Mr. Tran Nhat Thanh and Deputy Director of Technical Economics, Construction Management Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu attended the seminar. Representative of DELTA Group, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu participated in the seminar.


The workshop was attended by leaders of related State agencies, localities and construction enterprises throughout the country. At the opening of the workshop, VACC President Nguyen Quoc Hiep said that the situation of construction arrears still took place at a fairly serious level, causing many negative consequences on security. finance, public debt security and sustainable economic growth, causing an upheaval in the construction business.


Wishing with the contractors to contribute voice to solve the debt situation in capital construction, representatives of DELTA Group Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu participated in the seminar with the content: “Debt from Owner in Construction “. Mr. Tu said: As a private enterprise with investors mostly non-state enterprises, the debt situation of DELTA is not too large. However, in order to avoid the bad debt situation, DELTA always pay attention to know the financial capacity of the investor, close the issue of settlement and thorough implementation of debt collection measures.

Association Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hiep and other members of the VACC Executive Committee highly appreciated the presentation of the DELTA Group. And wishing the construction businesses to attend today’s seminar will have many useful solutions and suggestions as the DELTA Group brings.
On the afternoon of the same day, DELTA representative Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu attended the meeting of the first half of the year and the program of work in the last 6 months of 2017 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors. The VACC Executive Committee agreed on a number of proposals to the National Assembly and the Prime Minister to protect the interests of the Contractors.
